Refund policy

Returns
We want to make sure you get what is right for you and your family. Returning items that don't work for your family should be easy and stress-free.  We guarantee your satisfaction with InquisiKids. We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Details

Materials returned outside the above conditions will not receive a refund nor will we return these materials to you.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.

  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to that same card as per credit card company policies.

NOTE: Due to credit card agency policies, we are unable to grant requests for processing credit card refunds to new or different sources; for instance, we cannot apply credit to a different card from the one you used when you placed your order.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@inquisikids.com and send your item to: InquisiKids, 8042 South Grant Way, Littleton CO 80122, United States.

Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
